Iron Mask Industrial Park is a proposed 190-acre light industrial parcel of land, owned by Comet Industries. The land is the former site of the Iron Mask mine, which was active for roughly 100 years, up until the 1980s. With this land parcel, Comet Industries will help address the significant shortage of light industrial land available for sale or lease in Kamloops.

The Company's rezoning application to the City of Kamloops has been approved after a public hearing held in May 2023.

Subject to all necessary approvals, Iron Mask Industrial Park team anticipates having lots ready for lease or sale by 2024 or 2025.
